Second Rugby World Cup Conference

Rugby World Cup Legacy for the East

Almost 16 months to the day before the 2015 Rugby World Cup kicks off at Twickenham, Eastern Counties will be holding its second Rugby World Cup Conference for clubs in the area at Diss RFC on Monday 19 May.

The evening will begin with a buffet from 6pm giving plenty of opportunity for networking before the conference starts at 7:30pm. The host for the evening will be Andrew Sarek, RFU Council Member for Eastern Counties and chair of the local Legacy Group, will introduce speakers from the RFU and England Rugby 2015.

Lee Rhoden, Head of Workforce at ER2015, will give an situation report on how preparations for staging the tournament are going including an update on the volunteer recruitment programme.
